
How we feel inside and how our day turns out can be changed. We can practice choosing not to respond to things that would upset us. We can choose to be calm, and from being calm, we can more easily choose to move into feeling good again. We can choose to feel happy because it makes us feel good. This takes practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, you will feel great even if you only choose to feel better some of the time.
Do not let other people rule over our emotions and feelings and days unless we let them. Let it go and focus on how we want to feel. By feeling good, we can choose our day and life and how we want to do about it.
Make every day a beautiful day. It is our life and we can choose how to live it. Feeling the joy of a special day feels so wonderful. Of course, today is a happy day for me, cos I choose to make it beautiful. Thank you for making my day!!!
