My beautiful daughter is 21 years old today. It seems just like only yesterday when I gave birth to a sweet baby girl on 19th October 1986, who I named Felicia, which means “happiness”. I want my baby to be happy and gracious, and now my little girl has grown to be a lovely woman. Jie, I want you to know that I will always cherish the wonderful time and the joy of watching you grow into a beautiful young lady. I treasure each loving moment we share, chatting or gossiping, shopping or going to the movies, our mother-daughter friendship. And most of all, I want you know that you are my best friend. I will always be proud to announce to the world “This is my lovely daughter”.
The last couple of weeks have been busy for us, looking for the party venue, arranging the menu, deciding of the birthday cakes and gifts, shopping for what-to-wear, booking for hair-do, etc. and tonight will be the big night. Everything will turns out well for you tonight, just relax and enjoy it, baby!
I hope you can achieve all your dreams, and have a wonderful life ahead. Whatever challenges you will face, I want you to know that I will always be here for you, always… I love you!!!
