Everyone needs energy to face the day’s challenges, no matter how urgent or how busy you are you still need energy to tackle the challenges ahead whether with regards to work, studies or even house work. Therefore it is wise to first fill your stomach which means a good breakfast before you start the day whether at work, school or at home. Without regular and timely meals one can only look forward to a lethargic day, it can also lead to gastric pains.
Someone's personal motto is “ no amount of money is worth the pains that comes with unhealthy eating habits / schedule “. A regular meal time and balanced diet will ensure one’s overall well being but there’s no need to overkill up to the stage such as monitoring the calories you consume. For starters you just need to ensure that your dietary intake consists of vegetables, meat, fruits and also sufficient amount of liquids.
Healthy meats will be lean meat or poultry complimented by greens and fruits like pineapple, papaya and watermelon. The older one gets the less efficient our digestive system therefore these simple choices / eating habits will ensure we stay healthy.
